Here is what I walked up to when coming straight to a t-ball game from work. Mike wanted to go out and help coach so he made a deal with Max to sit on the bench and not move. I should have seen how long he would have stayed.

We are eating dinner 2 weeks before spring break and we were talking about the dress up days. "Thursday is Hero Day" Megan says and I am going to dress up like my dad! You should have seen the look on Mike's face, he was so proud. So here they are on their Hero dress up day.

Big Bear for the weekend

 We planned a weekend trip to big bear with Mike parents.We rented a cabin for 2 days and hoped there was going to be snow. From Max's shorts you can tell there was no snow and it was high 50's.  We drove around trying to find even a small amount of snow for the kids to sled on and eventually found an area that turned out to be pretty fun. Here is Harriett's (sorry picture is a little blurry) reaction when we surprised her with Jessica and Jonah showing up. They stayed the weekend with us which was a lot of fun.

New Phone could help blog situation

So yes I finally got a new iphone and I love it. It could seriously help my lack of posting on the blog pages as an added bonus.

I found out my neighbor Betsi has a blog and does this really neat thing every week where she post just all the random pictures she has taken over the weeks time on her blog and does a little caption for each picture. Thanks Betsi for the idea I am going to try and copy you.

These 3 are from whale watching. Lynette, Bryce and Kylie also went with us. It was a fun day but no whales. We did see a TON on dolphins (super pod) maybe 400-500. Pretty cool to see that many all around the boat.

We then went to my dads to celebrate Lynette's and Amy's birthdays. Max always has to take a ride on Grandpas tractor so here they are. He sure loves his grandpa.

Here are the kids dressed up for Cash's birthday party. It was a Jedi training academy party. They all got the little robs and the light sabers (pool noodles) and got to beat up Darth Vader. Heather is very creative with these parties and the kids had so much fun.

 At least this way maybe I can at least capture some of the things we do as a family. So here is the week one. I will try and do this on every Sunday night.
